This place has no idea what customer service is. Really disappointing and no offense to the chefs, but the food tastes like microwave quick noodle soups. Pricing wise a rip-off as well. I can not recommend this place

Finally, we found a great place that will become our go-to for ramen!! They let us sit at the little bench temporarily, and were upfront with us about how long they could give us the spot for as we didn't have a booking. IKOO don't do sushi, but their Tonkotsu was bursting with fresh, gingery flavour and their eggs were cooked to perfection. The noodles were wonderful, the pork, the nori, my mouth is watering writing this review. Every one of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, they even came and chatted to us and made recommendations for our next trip. Even the beers were delicious! Already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks guys!
The worst Tonkutsu Ramen I've had. Broth tastes like salt water. The only other flavors I found in this Ramen were ginger, seaweed, and spring onion. If without these toppings I would almost question if I had COVID. Meat had minimum flavor, which shouldn't be for Tonkutsu! Decent-decorated insipid ramen only to deceive Europeans. Shocked that this restaurant has 5 stars.
I mean, it is a descent place for ramen soup and their sake is good! The staff is really friendly and fast, I felt safe with Covid measures in place. However, having lived in London for eight years and known the asian food scene there, this is very basic. They need more noodle and broth options.
Today i ordered some Shoyu Ramen as you can see, unfortunately I was definitely disappointed. It may looks good but the only things which were tasty were the toppings. Not really great... the broth was quite low in flavor. The only thing i could taste was the oil...
One of the Best Ramen I Ever Had. In Japan was hard to find a vegetarian ramen tasting that good! Definitely coming back.
I keep coming back here to eat Ramen. Love the atmosphere, the food is great, the servers always friendly and quick. Great place!
Delicious and beautiful ramen with super lovely staff and a quite and calm atmosphere. Have been here multiple times and will go back. They have solid prices and the interior is great.
